1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

All sales are considered final.

2. No Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

• Once an order is confirmed, it enters immediate processing.

• Cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Item Only)

We may offer a replacement only in the following cases:

• Item received is physically damaged

• Wrong product delivered

To qualify for replacement:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• Clear photos or unboxing video must be provided

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
